Good for its intended purpose, but would greatly benefit from more customisation. Mainly the function of being able to add new lifts in like if I want to do snatches or other lifts in between.

Phillip Burns

Great app and program for strength.

Obnoxious ads, free version only lets you do one cycle. There are tons of better options, don't use this one.

C Jo

Obnoxious ads every time you finish a set and YOU ONLY GET ONE CYCLE UNLESS YOU PAY FOR PREMIUM. $4.99 no thanks.

Bite Me

Super easy to use

Ricky Narramore

Unable to reset max weight to lower weight

Colin Taylor

Wish it was laid out more like the original starting strenght app. But it'll do just fine the way it is

chris treftz

Great app for tracking the workouts. There is an overwhelming amount of ads almost everytime you input any information. However, if you don't care for that, you'll be good!

the free version has invasive ads, the timer plays your notification sound that plays over your music, instead of a custom sound that pauses music, you can prematurely finish your workout, instead of prompting that you missed stuff. only offers 1 cycle and you have to upgrade for more, the template is similar to Stronglifts but with less care. my gf uses the iOS version and its even worse

Nick Cantando

Really a good app
